How to Pay Your Utility Bill
Pay Online
Register for eBills using your Account # and PIN (located at the top left-hand corner of your bill). You'll be able to view and pay your bills online each time they're issued!
Mail a Check
Use the green return envelope we've included with your bill for your convenience, or ask your bank to mail them automatically to PO Box 268984, Oklahoma City, OK 73126.
In-Person Drop Off
Drop your payment in the City Hall dropbox located in our parking lot or bring it by the Administration Counter during business hours, Monday-Thursday from 8 AM- 5 PM or Friday from 8 AM- 12 PM.
Automatic Bank Draft
Simplify your payments by setting up automatic bank draft. We'll draft your account the day before your bill is due. Please note that your bank draft authorization will go into effect beginning with your next bill.
